At Your Reformer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase to ensure your home Pilates journey is a success. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the online portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Collection
Ensure your reformer or accessories are securely packed in their original boxes with all protective padding and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized fitness equipment couriers to schedule a convenient time for collection from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
